i found the staff very friendly and helpful at all times, especially at the reception desk i appreciated their readiness to assist i also liked the central location close to many restaurants and shops the hotel's proximity to the seine and louvre made exploring simple i certainly enjoyed my stay.
the room was a bit cool at night however the bedding kept me warm this was a very minor issue overall.

I found the location convenient! I easily walked to the Louvre and the Jardin du Tuileries. There were plenty of cafes and shops nearby, fantastic. The area was quiet at night so I got great sleep!!!

I found the staff very friendly, especially the concierge was helpful with directions. The room included a guide book and french novels, a nice touch. I appreciated the convenient location, very close to the seine river.
The hotel rooms are SMALLER than expected, not leaving much space after the mattress.
